TDT 400 - with Conveyor

The TDT trencher is a tractor mounted disc trencher with a conveyor attachment designed to fit onto a three-point linkage tractor.  The TDT has been designed with the turf industry in mind, providing a fast, reliable clean and tidy trench.  The trenches can be easily backfilled using the Trench It Hopper.

 PRIME MOVER, 40 - 60 HP tractor with hydrostatic or a very slow speed creep gear box.  Three point linkage PTO output 540 rpm.

TRENCH DEPTHS 250, 300, 350, 400mm

TRENCH WIDTHS 50 -95mm 

CUTTING WHEEL is a 800° digging disc made from mild steel with carbide tungsten teeth.

TRANSMISSION The trenching unit is driven by PTO shaft via adjustable torque limiting safety clutch and reduction gearbox.

CONVEYOR SYSTEM The digging wheel is completely enclosed above the ground and the soil is directed onto a conveyor, elevating it onto a small truck running alongside the trencher.  

CONVENTIONAL TRENCHER The conveyor unit can be easily removed, allowing the TDT to become a conventional trencher.
